It's because with an impermeable HIPORA insert, Highloft Synthetic insulation, a light weight 150g Tricot liner and a Nylon/Poly shell with dual sided Durable Water Repelent treatment, Even in arctic conditions it'll keep you warmer than a bottle of Courvoisier next to a log fire.
